  Purpose of the Job
  ‐ To deliver right‐first‐time engineering guidance / solutions / presentations to aid the sales process.
  ‐ To deliver accurate engineered materials to internal customers to ensure zero defects or issues during manufacture, commissioning or normal operation.
  ‐ To support internal and external customers with technical queries
  ‐ To conduct failure analysis / reconditioning analysis, as and when required.
  ‐ To assist in the development of customer reliability
  
  Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
  ‐ Review the customer specification and carry out the technical proposal for mechanical seal and system
  ‐ Follow and maintain customer preferences for both domestic and international customers
  ‐ Supervise final inspection tests
  ‐ Liaise with subcontractors and vendors as required to ensure compliance and to maintain an up to date understanding
  ‐ Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis
  ‐ Prepare inspection and recommendation reports
  ‐ To provide technical support to both internal and external customers
  ‐ To supervise onsite commissioning
  ‐ To sign off cartridge builds in house before shipment
  ‐ To conduct NCR reviews, studies and corrective actions
