  • 工作内容

    -Responsible for finding new customer(Seller company) in Malaysia.
    -Collect information about the seller company (financial documents, organizational charts, manufacturing process charts..etc)
    -Prepare pitch books(presentation) and related client materials
    -Support day-to-day transactions, executions, negotiations, and client liaisons.
    -Deal sourcing includes approaching to potential target-selling company and creating strategic
    networks such as accounting firms and financial institutions
    -To guide Buyer customers when they visit Malaysia, attend business dinners, and arrange logistics/transport for them.
    *Business trip area: Whole of Malaysia. (1-2times a month) The company pays travel fee&Hotel fee.
    -After 2-3 years, you may deal/negotiate with clients directly and have a team target(KPI).

    Training
    - Experienced senior consultants will provide OJT(on-site job training). We also provide support for self-development, such as subsidizing part of the fees for participation in external seminars and the acquisition of qualifications.

  • 应征条件

    <Must Requirement>
    -At least 2 years B2B Sales in Banking, financial securities firms, or leasing companies.
    -Sales and marketing skill through the cold call and direct mail to especially SME owners (Relationship manager)
    -Basic Knowledge of finance and accounting (Studied Economic major..etc)
    -Proficient in Word, Excell, and Powerpoint.

    Soft skill:
    -Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills-Interpersonal skill, demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
    -Ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teaming skills
    -Demonstrate logical thinking and judgement ability to work efficiently
    -Objective driven with patience and not easy to give up
    -Good Observation skill
    -Willing to work within guideline but stay creative

    Salary RM3,000-6,000 (Basic)
    Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Weekdays)

    -Team bonus
    -Mobile phone allowance – RM100 per month
    -Medical Allowance – RM1500 per year
    -Annual Health Check Allowance – RM750 (35 and under) / RM1500 (over 36)
    -Overseas business travel daily allowance – RM150 per day
