  - Education Background:
  > Diploma / Degree holder in any field
  > Candidate graduated from Japan has advantage.
  - Skill / Experience:
  > Over 5 years' experience in project coordinating or project management in any industry.
  > Exceptional presentation skills, public speaking skills.
  > Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  > Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  > Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines.
  > Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  > Good time management skills.
  > Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  > Ability to analyze projects thoroughly and plan strategies.
  > Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  > Knowledge in the gaming industry is a plus.
  > Familiarity with Japanese culture is a plus.
  - Language Skill: Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.
