工作内容
-Manage payroll administration. Administer monthly salary computation including allowances, incentives, overtime, leave, claims.
-Responsible to check and validate the attendance, leave application, over time, lateness and other payroll related information.
-Handle monthly payment in accordance with statutory requirements with accuracy including timely submission of statutory departments like EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and LHDN.
-Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities comply with relevant legislation.
-Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information and liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
-Synchronization update payroll system such as employee data, employee benefits, performance appraisal etc.
-Responsible to generate any payroll-related reports upon request and need to ensure data confidentiality before releasing any information.
-Check and maintain employee master file details, bank details, tax file numbers, deduction, and other payroll information in the payroll system.
-Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliances as per ISO 9001 standards.
-Administer Expatriate Employment Pass / PVP for new application/ renewal/ cancellation of expats working visa by using Immigration ESD System
-Liaise with Malaysia Immigration and other Government Agency on various issue related to Expats.
-Administer tax matter with TPA, including Furnish CP21 & CP22A Form to the IRB for Expatriate leaving Malaysia upon resignation, retirement or death.
-Maintaining and updating report on HR data for all Expats and Local staff that had been successfully hired on-board.
-Maintaining confidential related documents for visa on Immigration purpose.
-Handling staff queries regarding payroll, taxation, and HR related matters.
-Maintain an organized filling system, check and upkeep staff personnel files, leaves records into HR system from time to time.
-Maintain Admin and human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications etc.
-Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
-Preparation of all HR related letters, i.e. promotion, transfer, salary increment etc. including disciplinary letters.
-Involve in Administration job include office license renewal, Tenancy renewal etc.
-Work closely with Managers to understand hiring needs, position specifications and requirements.
-Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities which inclusive sourcing, screening and job matching for potential candidate.
-Prepare on-boarding process and preparation of offer letter.
-To prepare and update recruitment and interview tracking report.

- Education Background : Min Degree in Business or HR related field
- Experience : Min 5 Years in HR related field
- Require Skills :
1)Strong administration skills.
2)Intermediate with Microsoft Office i.e. Excel
3)High level of confidentiality.
4)Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
5)Independent and good problem solving skill.
6)Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.英文
