• 工作内容

  - Manage and oversee the Penang Branch.
  - Lead and train the Penang Branch team to profitably serve the needs of the customers.
  - Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to meet goals and metrics that contribute to the profitable growth.
  - Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  - Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
  - Analyze and monitoring of competing markets and provides reports on market movement and penetration.
  - Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  - Maintaining good business relationship with business partners and related parties (e.g. carrier’s representatives, agents, related associations, customers, etc.)
  - Establishment of networks to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  - Assist the Penang Branch team on handling enquiries and customers feedbacks from agents or customers as and when deemed necessary.
  - Train and supervise all subordinates under your coverage.
  - Conduct appraisal of staffs and periodic evaluation including confirmation of employment.
  - Prepare and provide monthly KPI report.
  - Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
