    Job Purpose

    This role will be an ambitious, creative and analytical growth leader to spearhead marketing for company’s holistic B2B portfolio. The individual will define and lead the execution of performance and brand marketing campaigns to engage targeted audience for overall growth of our B2B portfolio, driving acquisition, engagement, and customer lifetime value. This role will innovate the current marketing across all channels – owned and paid media, brand activations, and lifecycle marketing and partnership.


    Main Tasks
    • Define the holistic B2B marketing strategy for company, articulating target market, customer insights, brand positioning, and end-to-end roadmap to drive revenue growth.
    • Lead and manage the execution of integrated cross-channel marketing strategy to deliver growth and engagement for company B2B / e-Commerce portfolio.
    • Develop and execute marketing plans and sales enablement collateral, work closely with other functional teams e.g. creative, sales and brand communications to deliver a holistic approach that drives results.
    • Build customer specific marketing activations strategies (internal tools and external collateral) and link brand and customer strategies through real time and annual planning.
    • Collaborate closely with NBD team to shape the product and growth engineering roadmap, develop and execute go-to-market strategy and product marketing campaigns.
    • Continuously assess the effectiveness of your marketing programs and continuously make improvements
    • Manage budget and ensure on-plan delivery of costs and outcomes, demonstrating an understanding of key P&L leverage points

    - Education Background :
    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.

    - Experience :
    • At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Minimum of 5 years or more experience in B2B Marketing, Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Activation, eCommerce Marketing, Digital Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing or Digital experience is required.

    - Require Skill :
    • Excellence creative writing skills
    • Excellent presentation and verbal skills (English)
    • Must be meticulous in proof-reading with strong attention to detail.
    • Content creation and editing experience (web content, blogs, campaigns and social media) in any field related to Marketing Communications, Publishing, Journalism and Media.
    • Cross functional stakeholder management and communication ability
    • Strong commercial awareness, in-depth industry knowledge and with creative problem solutions skill
    • Excellent execution capability – Planning, organizing, co-ordination, delegation, attention to details, ability to multi-task
    • Enjoy challenges and thrive under pressure in meeting deadlines
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Melawati
    • Strong analytical thinker with proven ability to translate data into creative, results-oriented marketing strategies
    • Excellent communicator; ability to influence and motivate
    • Excellent project management and ability to prioritize multiple demands
    • Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, trade shows, and social networking.
    • Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit
    • You have global sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world

    Breakdown

    1. New Year Eve Leave : 0.5 day in the afternoon granted by the Company if 31st December falls on a working day.
    2. Festival Eeve Leave : 0.5 day in the afternoon granted by the Company if the eve of the festival falls on a working day.
    3. Medical Leave : 14 days (less than 2 years' service)
    4. Medical Treatment : Normal Clinic - RM60.00 per visit; Specialist Clinic - Up to RM200.00 per visit.
    5. Insurance : Medical Card - Group Medical, Term Life and Accident Insurance.
