・本社報告用の資料作成(英語→日本語)
・マレーシアでの市場調査のサポート・レポート作成
・コロナウイルスや入国制限などのマレーシアの状況を定点観測、SOPのアップデートの報告
・会議同席のもと、議事録作成(英語・日本語両方)
・出張者のアテンドサポート(会食への同席はありません)
・その他部門長や駐在員の方からの指示に従い、バックオフィス業務のサポート

应征条件
<募集要件>
■四年制大学卒or 大学院卒の方は、社会人経験3年以上
■短期大学卒or 専門学校の方は、社会人経験5-7年以上
■高校卒業の方は、社会人経験7-10年以上
■5年程の営業事務・バックオフィス業務のご経験
■言語:日本語・ビジネスレベルの英語力(英語で行われる会議の議事録を取っていただく必要があります)
※マレー語が出来れば尚可
■エクセル、パワーポイントで資料作成可能な方(エクセルは表計算やグラフ程度)英文
