    1 Job Specification
    This is a sales position focused on solution selling into new accounts. The role will be required to locate, qualify, propose, and close deals in an effective and efficient manner. Applicant must have an ability to understand business needs, develop relationships with executives and decision makers, and map company solutions and services technology to those business needs as the key to success.

    2 Responsibilities
    - Reaching and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
    - Drive direct sales engagement via cold calling, in person sales calls and presentations.
    - To work closely with senior resources in the customer organization to identify, establish business opportunities and convert prospects into sales. Understand customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.
    - Manage and close sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, account resource allocation and opportunity management.
    - Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points. Builds a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities.
    - Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to our value.
    - Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Cloud, Application Modernization, DevSecOps, and Data & Intelligence technologies.
    - Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and solutions offerings with clear sales strategy and execution optimization plans.
    - The ability to understand the customer challenges and create a ‘solution pitch’ with known source components and technologies well packaged. Understand customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.
    - To develop and implement sales strategies, secure new business opportunities and establish a superior solution image.
    - Continuous marketing research that help understand prospects and target markets; taking the market research to next level by - Understanding the underlying technology, processes and architecture and updating yourself on the latest trends to be shared with prospects to assist in sales process.
    - Ability to understand a business scenario quickly and suggest the solutions around the business scenario.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor from an accredited institution.
    - Experience:
    > Strong IT sales hunter with 8+ years of proven solution sales experience. Preferably, have also acquired at least 3 to 5 years engagement in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors, as knowledge in retail banking, corporate banking and/or insurance businesses is desired.
    > Proven track record selling Cloud, Application Modernization, DevSecOps and/or Data & Intelligence solutions. Understand technology and have experience in digital transformation such as Cloud, Application Modernization and Data Management and Analytics.

    - Skills:
    > The ideal candidate must have a strong solution selling background and be capable of selling direct to customers or in conjunction with partners.
    > Proven sales experience with strong direct face to face and/or virtual sales engagements, listening skills, passion for technology, selling solutions and services, and technical understanding of IT tools.
    > Experience in conducting presentations to large audiences and to C-levels.
    > A constant hunger for learning the new events, trends, technologies. In this respect the ability to work with solution specialist / architects on projects to capture the technical learning fast would be a big plus.
    > Has experience with project implementations e.g. digital transformations and technology implementations.
    > Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
    > Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
    > Confident, assertive, great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter.
    > Enthusiastic and passion towards work.
    > Good at report preparation and data analysis work of the business.

    > Ability to cope up with pressure as working under deadlines is not at all an easy task.
    > Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
