    E-Commerce Manager primary focus is to manage and grow local and international brands via E-commerce or online platforms.
    This would include planning, managing and implementation of sales strategy and inventory management for all the products on the selected online platforms..
    You will work closely and collaborate with other internal departments and external service providers to ensure best-in class end-to-end service execution.
    You will keep abreast of client industry developments, market trends and competitive intelligence, gaining specialized industry knowledge which enables us to add-value and more deeply understand the client’s business challenges and opportunities.

    - Manage a small team of E-commerce Associates/Executives and directly report to the Senior Manager or General Manager and Senior Deputy Director in Malaysia
    - Managing client(s) or brand(s) own webstore or stores on e-commerce channels. Which include local or international marketplace, such as Lazada, Shopee, Lelong.my, Qoo10, Amazon, eBay and etc.
    - To seek opportunities to grow client GMV and optimize sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
    - Develop detailed e-commerce strategies and yearly or monthly marketing campaign for Client, e-commerce channels, to develop and prioritize strategic initiatives, action plans and driven by performance (both financial and operational excellence) KPIs.
    - Managing marketing and campaign, product content, pricing and discount changes.
    - Oversee day-to-day management of Client brand online store, end-to-end from product uploads to order processing.
    - On-going liaise with client for approvals, inventory management, pricing and promotions or campaign.
    - Monitor, track and analyze sales performance with key e-commerce channel and conduct regular performance reviews with Client for next course of actions and track execution of any improvement opportunities.
    - Support Key Account Manager by provide strategies and marketing campaign idea for the existing and upcoming potential Client.
    - Oversee client or brand owner e-commerce store customer service, using a proactive service approach, ensuring delivery of world-class customer satisfaction and retention.
    - Co-ordinating closely with internal as well as external (brands, e-commerce channels) parties.
    - Required prepare pre and post campaign report, monthly sales report and etc.

资格

  • 应征条件

    has experience managing brand.com website operations (i.e Magento/Shopify backend system) is advabtage.

    LAZADA, Shopee, Lelong, Zalora, GoShop, eBay, Hermo, Qoo10, PrestoMall, Fashion Valet., 11 street working experience.

    - 4-5 year’s experience in e-commerce channel and key account development leader or manager in the local or international market

    <Allowances>
    No additional allowance. Everything such as transportation or food alloance is included in basic salary.
    Parking charges : will be entitled to apply for TCMY's parking spaces, currently available parking space under TCMY is at NU Tower. Deduction of the parking fee will be done on monthly basis.

    <Leaves>
    Annual Leave: 12 days for the first 2 years of service
    Medical Leave: 14 days for the first 2 years
    Hospitalization Leave: 60 days inclusive of the sick leave Compassionate Leave: 3 days
    Marriage Leave: 5 days
