  BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  Performs shipping duties relating to the shipment of products and receiving of materials.
  
  CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  Sales Order
  1. Translates the outstanding overseas sales order into system after receive PO from overseas customer
  2. Prepare and scan invoice and delivery order for overseas customer/ warehouse.
  3. Handle overseas shipping documentation, included custom declaration, buying insurance, Form D & Form AI application, COA etc.
  4. Communicate with overseas customer/warehouse, through email or phone by English
  (Main Overseas Customers : Philippines, India, Indonesia, US, Japan and Korea)
  5. Communicate with forwarder to secure transport arrangement and obtain transport information detail after shipment made.
  6. Filling invoice, delivery order, customer purchase order
  7. Check selling price and other condition
  8. Check buying price and other condition
  9. Stock/warehouse management
  
  Purchase Order
  1. Generate purchase order after receive PO from overseas customer
  2. Communicate with supplier through email or phone
  3. Generate inventory goods receive note from supplier after delivery
  
  Others
  1. Handle warehouse inventory control, include consignment stock
  2. Purchase flux equipment for packing
  3. Generate labeling to trading item
  4. Complies daily sales report, weekly report such, sales report, inventory report, forecast report, Outstanding order/Outstanding purchase report, Freight/Warehouse charges report etc.
  5. Generate Coc/Coa to customers.
  6. Sending SOA and follow up customer payment.
