  • 工作内容

    1. Review company commercial contract and legal related documents.
    2. Collect and organize legal information, follow up legal proceeding.
    3. Provide consultation on legal-related matters, such as formulation and signing process of contract; legal advice on general public documents; handling company registration and licensing related items; review of FD provided by dealers; evaluation of property value and mortgage setting; payment collection and etc.
    4. Assist in assessing any investment; review, writing and revision of standard contracts; assessing risks of organizational changes, and compliance with securities laws and regulations.
    5. Complete other ad hock tasks assigned by leader.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education Background : Degree in Law or Legal related study (Professional cert not necessary)
    - Experience :
    > Over 5 years of legal advisor experience.
    > Experience in property, investment/financial industry, trading has advantage.
    - Others :
    > Willing to work in Laos
    > Enjoy working in overseas

    Total Remuneration:
    - Salary up to 48,000 USD per year (Around 4,000 USD / ~ 16,000 MYR per month)
    - 1st time travel and quarantine expenses bear by company
    - Home country return ticket depends on Covid situation (used to provide 2 times return ticket per year)
    - 30 days AL
    - Company Event
    - Meals and Accommodation provided
    (Shared room, 2 pax per room, however single room can be requested with certain amount of salary deduction)
    - Visa covered by company
    - Driver for daily work
