  Position: Manager of QAQC department
  
  ・Supervise the operation of QA/QC team which consists of 30 staff
  ・Get feedbacks from QA inspectors and customer relation team and report to GM
  ・Feedback management for manufactured products
  ・Respond to any complaints or feedback and implement KAIZEN activities
  ・Ensure the products conformance to quality standards and customer’s specification
  ・Continuous improvement in quality standards and procedures
  ・Timely work with Engineering on products
  ・Generate and maintain the necessary QA reports
  ・Provide quality training when necessary
  ・Work closely with other department for any quality matters
  ・Support on other roles when required
