    • To implement an operation strategic plan / initiatives and goals, policies to maximize revenue / business growth in accordance with company’s targets.
    • Evaluate market dynamics, competitive structure, and feasibility to identify the industry trend.
    • Product marketing and dealer development
    • Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration and customer insights.

资格

  • 应征条件

    Requirements:
    - Education Background : Degree in any (Diploma with proven work result can be considered)
    - Experience : 10 years Construction Machinery Sales Experience is preferred. Else, candidate with more than 5 years of experience in the industry is acceptable
    - Require Skill : Able to do 100% new client development in the industry
