  Location: Cyberjaya
  
  Job Scope:
  • Strong technical background and good knowledge of CMDB & Asset Management / Tooling products (BMC TrueSight Operations Management, Microsoft SCOM, Nagios, Netgain, CA and other enterprise / open source tools available in market).
  • Good knowledge of Scanning and building report and maintain CMDB / Asset Management (BMC ADDM) and have knowledge of HP uCMDB tool.
  • Solve critical technical issues, emergency troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis and provide RCA and improvements.
  • Manage and support the upgrade on new system, deployment and maintain smooth system operations.
  • To provide day-to-day operations, administration, tuning and capacity management of midrange system to ensure good performance.
  • To resolve all midrange system incidents and issue within agreed timeline.
  • To perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendation for improving the production batch window.
  • Good in scripting and have good knowledge of Oracle 11 / SQL DB’s.
  • Should be able to automate the manual reports and create ad-hoc requests on customer demand using DB queries.
