工作内容

- Lead the production team to meet product quality and delivery requirements.- Optimize productivity and machinery capacity.- Initiate problem solving and trouble shooting processes.- Training the operation staff to meet production activities and targets.- Establish and maintain SOPs and quality records.- Initiate cost saving activities.- Initiate projects to improve production capability and efficiency.- To prepare research and proposal to management in terms of suitable and efficient methods of production improvement (KAIZEN) in automotive industry.- Responsible for implementation of new designs and techniques to improve plant operations and processes.- Plan manpower arrangements to support daily operations.- Develop KPI to align with company objectives.- To perform other duties as assigned by the management.- To lead in monitoring and improving process and drive internal corrective actions.- Adhere and follow all rules and regulations of company from time to time.
