• 工作内容

  1. Design electrical schematic and circuitry diagram using Visio software, electrical compartment layout and I/O assignment
  2. Responsible for instrument and compartment testing, functionality test and integration into machine as well as equipment control and electrical
  3. Prepare electrical control box layout and do computation for wire sizing and circuit protection for the whole system
  4. Perform electrical troubleshooting whenever necessary and software testing before delivery of machine
  5. Prepare and generate bill of materials (BOM) and select required electrical components for the respective machine
  6. Coordinate with other departments such as Mechanical and Software on machine design
  7. Liaise with Procurement department to follow up on parts lead time and ensure all components arrived on time for machine assembly and delivery
  8. Coordinate with production team to provide guidance in machine wiring whenever necessary
  9. Coordinate and follow up on any matters related to electrical parts of machine and assigned project
  10. Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by superior
