• 工作内容

  1. Supervise a group of OQC Technician and Inspector on OQC daily activity.
  2. Prepare and establish the OQC Work Instruction.
  3. Educate and train OQC Technician and Inspector on Outgoing Inspection base on Work Instruction and Inspection procedure.
  4. Verify outgoing product non-conformity and abnormality.
  5. Make judgment on outgoing Inspection result.
  6. Trigger and inform QC Manager on safety, critical failure during OQC Inspection.
  7. Make sure and verify all noncomformity product are quarantined identify and segregate.
  8. Verify all customer return product has been identified and segregated.
  9. Make sure all OQC found nonconformity product are subject to disposition.
  10. Supervise and make control OQC Inspector and Technician on
  　　i) OQC Disciplinary
  　　ii) Punctuality
  　　iii) Attendance
  　　iv) Performance
  11. Approval of Outogoing Inspection report.
  12. Adhere and follow all company policy, rules and regulation
  13. Become a contact person with Japan side and make inguiries and answers about guality.
