  • Responsible to lead chemist team and act as the technical expert on the research and development of ink and color adjustment to aid in business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze & investigate problem arise from production due to functional issues or customer complaints.
  • Product formulation and functional improvement, such as washability, ink flow.
  • Establish and maintain testing analysis report and quality document (e.g.: specification).
  • Handle new project, establish and manage project KPIs, including costs, to maximize value delivered from project.
  • Recruit, train and develop chemist team to meet present and future business needs.
