• 工作内容

  • To ensure accurate month end closing and full set of accounts.
  • To be responsible for all aspect of accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, journal and
  bank.
  • To maintain Fixed Asset Register (addition/asset tagging/disposal).
  • To liaise wit auditors, Company Secretary and tax agents for finance/accounting related
  matters.
  • To do preparations for year-end annual audit.
  • To prepare /involve in preparations of audited financial statements and tax computation
  • To do costing and other related reports.
  • To review all AR and AP transactions generated in Base System (OFS) and ensure proper
  posting to Netsuite.
  • To monitor and control cash flow (daily bank transaction, debtor collection and creditors).
  • To do other tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Participate in recruitment of team members.
  • Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments.
  • Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.
  • Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment
  activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems,
  budgets, or other financial control functions.
  • Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of
  outstanding balances.
  • Report on delinquent accounts to management, collections team and marketing team.
