    Job Summary
    This position will be handling Sales related supporting role.

    - Issue and send the purchase-order to suppliers
    - Following up with customers by email or phone calls
    - Answering and giving advice for customers' inquiries
    - Liaise with other related departments to ensure a smooth work flow between internal department and each process.
    - Order management, issuing Invoice
    - Documents control
    - Supporting other sales staff and manager in miscellaneous work
    *No outbound sales activities, based at the office and handle back-office role

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Language : Japanese（Must possess N2 certificate or Japanese univ. certificate）
    - Education Background : Min. Diploma
    - Experience : Fresh grad/ Sales related experience (Sales support/ Sales Admin/ Sales coordinating or etc) in manufacturing company
    - Require Skill :Good communication & confidence in communication
    1) Study from Japanese University - N1, N2 or N3 certified.
    2) Study from Local Malaysia University - must be N2 and above certified.

    ▪Fresh graduate/ Degree holder
    　Basic - RM2600
    　Upon Confirmation - RM3100

    ▪Fresh graduate/ Master holder
    　Basic - RM2800
    　Upon Confirmation - RM3300

    - RM800 (Language allowance) will be provided for cdd graduated from Japanese university OR with a certification of N2 above

    - Salary will be discussed upon his/her latest salary
    - Increment after 3 months of probation
    - Evaluation for increment every year
