  - Education Background : A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Design/Advertising/Visual Design
  - Experience : Relevant work experience(at least/above 2 years) , strong portfolio, and personality
  - Require Skill : Intermediate to advanced design skills, including extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator; experience with Keynote, After Effects, Adobe Premere is preferred
  - Certificate : '-
  - Others : Ability to manage other creatives and tight campaign deadlines
   Comfortable following direction and receiving feedback.
   Willingness to learn and use technology for ad creation
  -They should must have the previous working experience at the advertising agency at least for 2years.
  Also they should know about digital campaign. It means they are very good at adobe video skills( aftereffect and photoshop).
  -who has been working at advertisement agency, for example involved in global campaign, advertisements, and any digital campaigns.
  - have experience conceptualizing and designing interfaces (UI) for various platform with an emphasis on user experience
  - - if candidate latest employment is under the title graphic designer, there’s big possibility that this candidate wont have the exposure for all the requirement above.
