  * To organize and manage east Malaysia Sales, sales support and customer service team
  * To meet daily, monthly and yearly sales target
  * Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for east Malaysia territory
  * Establishes and adjusts selling price by monitoring costs, competitors pricing etc
  * Implement sales programs by developing east Malaysia sales action plans
  * To implement sales campaign/promotion in line with the company's objectives
  * To ensure all monetary collection from East Malaysia customers
  * To carry out marketing functions in accordance to the company products
  * To visit customer to create good rapport with the company
  * To gather and compile all competitors pricing and sales activities for East Malaysia
  * To assist in all aspects on the company overall sales functions
  * knowledgeable to give training to subordinates
  * To perform any ad hoc assigments as assigned by immediate superior
