工作内容
This company is selling a Interior construction project, "Tatami" (Japanese-style mat) and Office furniture.
This position, as a project manager, will supervise all the process of interior construction project.
(MD will get a project order from the client)
- Site arrangement: Liaise with clients during the project is on-going
- Issue the quotation
- Manage 2 supervisor
- Order outsourcing for the cooperative contractors for constructions
- Communicate with each department (Sales, Designing, Engineering and others) on the project schedule.
- Clients are mainly office, commercial building or residence for new set-up or renovation.
- Propose the installation of office furniture
- Project site: Mainly in Klang Valley (Sometimes in Penang & Johor, required to visit at site but not for long-term)
- Average project duration: 2 weeks~ 2 months depending on the scale. (but no required to stay at site all the time, 3-4 times visit only)
资格
应征条件
- Language : English, Malay
- Education Background : Fresh graduate⇒ Architect related background
- Experience : Fresh graduate or experienced as a project management in construction(interior related) industry
- Require Skill : Negotiation, prepare quotation and supervise at the project site
- Others :
• A team player with teachable heart and willingness to learn is strongly
needed.
• Well planner who are able to meet datelines.英文

Total salary package : 6,000-8,000 MYR
Bonus: average 2months depending on company & individual performance
Increment: quarterly depending on the performance

Basic salary: 2,000-2,300 MYR

Transportation: 400 (for visit purpose/ If not enough, could be more)
