  Job Scopes:
   Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive process change
   Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics for visual management and reporting
   Drive value stream mapping to define “As-Is Analysis” and the transition to Future State
   Conduct compliance audits and validate process documentation & jobaids
   Collect and analyze functional performance data to identify improvement opportunities and leads the CI events with appropriate improvement tools (six sigma/ kaizen etc)
   Supports audit processes within GSS including SOX, internal/ external audit
