Job Scopes:
- Support for Energy & Solar group department
- Department are 6 staff (3 Sales & 3 Engineer)
- Sales support such as make documentation, check shipment, arrange appointment with client
- Report to Japanese Manager

Requirements:
- Good command in English, Chinese and Malay
- Education Background: Degree
- Sales or Sales assistant working experience (Fresh graduate is available to apply).

Publication of new SOP and update master list accordingly. Check documents to ascertain it follows the standard format. Perform annul review to ensure documents are current,• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as and when required and assigned by superiors.

Proficiency in copy writing is a huge bonus. • Ensure all retail stores visual merchandising is in line with brand primary & secondary focus. • Establish and maintain close relationship with associates such as principles, media, KOL & the public. • Monitor, measure and report performances of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Manage budget and calculate investment decisions within the limit of allocated budget. • Work closely with the Sales Team to develop Sales & Marketing Funnels. • Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience. • Assist in the development of new/existing products and markets in order to contribute to the achievement of the business unit and marketing objectives. • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
