  Job Descriptions:
  -ALL manufacturing process
  -Process Control in charge of oversees the whole manufacturing process of the product
  －Implement process change.
  －Responsible for continuous improvement production captivity.
  -Involved in improvement project for process efficiency to promote productivity & facilitate machine downtime reduction
