  Company Location and Accessibility: Kuala Lumpur
  * 10 minutes walking distance from LRT Station
  
  Job Scope:
  * Cecking drawings received from architects and various consultants before starting construction.
  * Prepare, check and review WPC design drawings incorporated in all M&E items to obtain approval from clients's consultants.
  * Monitor and control the status of M&E sub-contractor's shop drawings.
  
  - Coordinate, review on the project specification& technical clarifications.
  - To check drawings discrepancies incorporated with precast panels design.
  - To produce CAD drawing for M&E / Sanitary Plumbing services incorporate into precast panels details drawing.
  - Works closely & coordinate with a team of engineer / designers.
  - Attend site/ design meeting with clients, other consultants & contractors.
  - Familiar with code of practice for design requirement.
  - Present the proposed design shop drawing or proposed design changes to obtain client's consultant approval.
  - To check and reviewing design standard compare to actual production.
  - To check, monitoring and review the design change notice from client, consultant & contractors.
