    Company Profile: A local company which established in 2001, and having total of 80 employees. Core business is Liaises with automotive industry to conduct freight transfer/import/export within Malaysia.

    Work Location: Seksyen U1,Shah Alam

    Job descriptions:
    - Manage the personal assistant function for Director
    - Manage and handle Director’s business trip, travels, personal arrangements etc.
    - Oversee and manage the Administrative function of the organization and the team
    - Administrative portfolio covers office maintenance, office supplies, front office services, copier and fax services, dispatch and courier services, company driver matters, refreshment and cleaning services, document and mail movements, building administrative, office security and safety matters
    - Monitor and handle all company car road tax, insurance, summon
    - Oversee and handle staff travel arrangement – transportation and accommodation
    - Organize festive season hampers or initiative
    - Oversee service agreements/contract and ensure compliance and validity
    - Responsible for Admin budget and expenditure monitoring
    - Prepare relevant reports as required
    - Maintain a positive and productive work environment in the Admin team
    - Manage team development, issues and discipline
    - Any other task or project assigned from time to time

资格

  • 应征条件

    Requirements:
    - Minimum 5 years working experience in Personal Assistant and leading the Administrative function of an organization
    - Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skill
    - Highly organized and ability to maintain confidentiality
    - Proficient in MS Office and technology savvy
