弊社はマレーシア国内に対して、日本の農産物や水産物を輸入している会社です。
現在競合も少なく、マレーシア国内でのシェア率はNo.1となっています。
今回は、同社のセールス&マーケティングチームのアシスタントマネジャーを募集します。
日本にあるサプライヤーさんから農産物・水産物を輸入し、マレーシアの日本食レストランやホテル・スーパーへのお届けをサポートするお仕事です。
基本的に、既存顧客のフォローとなりますので、新規のテレアポや飛び込み等は一切ございません。
各都道府県・市区町村から相談や依頼が入るため、
2~3か月に一度日本への出張をしていただき、物産展やプロモーション・イベント等の企画をお願いします。
マレーシアマーケットを盛り上げるのはもちろんですが、食材を通して日本を元気にしていきましょう!
<仕事内容>
・既存顧客対応
・在庫管理から仕入れ管理
・メンバーマネジメント(ローカル社員2~3名)
・フェアのオーガナイズ(Japan fair, Hokkaido Fair, Yamagata fair等)
・県庁の方々とのプロモーション企画・実行(試食会・マグロの解体ショー等)
・マレーシア国内の市場調査・マーケティング・実行

必須条件:
・法人営業経験 または 営業ができるコミュニケーション能力(B2Cの営業経験者や接客業経験者等)
・英語コミュニケーションレベル(チームメンバーや社内での会話ができる方)
・日本へのご出張に対応いただける方
・運転免許保有者(車通勤が必須の為)
