  Company Profile: A new-established consulting company with specialized in providing legal matters consulting and other legal-related matters support to their valued customers. Main client pool is Japanese company who are not familiar with Malaysia Law and procedure in any government related matters.
  
  Location: KL Sentral, able to be reached by public transport and easy to travel to other regions of Malaysia to visit government-related departments.

  - Company secretary
  - Resident director
  - Application for licenses
  - Application for corporate tax, EPF, Socso, GST
  - Application for capital increase, capital reduction, change of address, change of shareholder
  - VISA application
  - M&A advisory
  - Dissolution of company
  
  Intellectual Property related
  
  - Consultation
  - Investigation
  - Provision of necessary documents for trademarks, designs and patent applications, provision of templates, substitution for submission
