    Company Introduction: This company is a MSC status IT Japanese company in Malaysia, founded in 1972. Having total of 8300 over employees in the group. Their core business are providing service such as sales, maintenance and professional support of computers and network systems, in commissioning of software development and other information services related to science and engineering.

    Location:
    - Office is located at Seksyen 14 (Petaling Jaya).

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Operator for Level 1 Technical Support (application and other IT equipment)
    - Help Desk for customized application and to escalate to Level 2 engineer in Japan (in Japanese, e-mail or phone)
    - Incident management from creating till close ticket

  • 应征条件

    Requirements:
    - Proficient in English,Japanese
    - Possessed a Diploma in any discipline
    Experience:
    fresh graduate can apply
    【Prefer】Basic IT knowledge (PC operation, office application)
    【Prefer】Good interpersonal and customer service skills
    【Desired skills】knowledge in application operation, application development IT support experience
    【Prefer】At least 1 year of working experience
    【Prefer】working experience in any IT area
    Require skills:
    【Must】Good at reading, writing, speaking and listening in Japanese（at least N3）
    - Aged from 22-45
