  Company Introduction: A japan Travel Agency, established in 1992. Currently having 55 employers in their company. HQ in Tokyo (Japan) and other offices globally: 20 branches over Europe, 9 branches in Asia and 1 in USA. They are dedicated to provide an even higher level of expertise and resourcefulness, support for safe travel, and wide range of quality travel options to their valued customers. This position is designed as the call-centre team which also serve their potential customers through phone call.
  
  Location & Accessibility:
  -Cyberjaya
  -DTS bus service with pick - up point in Bukit Jalil, KL Sentral, Ampang Point, Kelana Jaya, One Utama, Summit Subang, Shah Alam, Klang Parade, Bukit Tinggi, Seremban and Nilai.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  - Focus on searching for hotel allocations, sending booking request of all travel materials like transportation and all other concerning services (such as Meal, Tour-guides, Special venue entrance fees ,etc)
  - Liaise with internal departments (Sales person and incoming operations) regarding queries and confirmed bookings by writing in English.
  - European land arrangement (Sending out booking request to our European network offices or Suppliers, on behalf of Sales office in Japan and in South-East Asia).
  - Obtain confirmations of requested Services from European network offices or Suppliers in a timely manner in order to produce Tour documents.
  - Dealing and communicating with Sales staff based in Japan or in South-East Asia regarding clients' need and requirements of the tour package bookings.
  - Answering all enquirers by professional system or email promptly.
  - Report to Supervisor and Team Leader
