  • 工作内容

    - Report to Knitting Manager
    - Initiate and lead/direct R&D projects on material/process development in knitting process
    - Produce pilot line testing, transfer effectively into industrial production
    - Develop and/or evaluate new production technologies for fast launch of new products into volume production
    - Streamlining or re-engineering existing production processes for quality improvement and cost savings
    - Provides technical guidance, mentoring and training to Engineering staffs to overseas OEM
    - Participate in technical discussions/presentations with OEM

    - Education Background : Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    - Skill : Candidate with knowledge in knitting process has priority
    - Experience : Candidate who possess R&D experience related to knitting process has priority
    - Age : 25 ~ 30
