  Company Introduction: This company is owned by one of the leading companies in the field of HVAC (Heat, Venting, Air & Conditioning), founded in 1925 in Japan. Currently having 10 offices / branches over Japan and expanded oversea. They have their own technical and equipment research institution in Chiba state, Japan to support their development in design and production. For Malaysia branch just established in 2012 with the employee size of 7 and still counting.
  
  Location & Accessibility:
  Working hours: Basically Monday – Friday (Weekend will need to get ready to provide service; OT claimable)
  Office is located at Bangsar area, able to reached by LRT and other public transports.
  Side visit to Shah Alam & Seremban.
  
  Job Scopes:
  * Report to: Head of Engineering. Currently having 4 engineers in a team
  - Assisting PM in managing new HVAC/ Clean room project. (Planning, Design & Installation), main job scope is focused on the maintenance of HVAC at clients’ side (including re-installation of HVAC machine).
  - Understand client’s requirement by dealing with side supervisor in order to proposing solution
  - To plan and schedule preventive maintenance, service repair, trouble shooting and installation of air conditioning equipment and system such as Chillers, Air Handling Unis (AHU), Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Air Cooled Split Unit (ACSU) Pumps & Cooling Tower for customers
  - To ensure above jobs are carried out in accordance with instruction given and in a timely manner.
  - Attend to customer's call and provide technical assistance either at site or via phone. Travelling to client site for on-site supervision.
  - Prompt respond to customer complaint Enhance customer satisfaction.
