  • Prepare, review, maintain the Quality Plan for Steel Processing Unit, Trading Division.
  • Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system (ISO9001), produce data and report on performance, measuring against set of standards for ASSC and AJM.
  • Monitor and advice om the performance of the Environment Management system (ISO14000), produce data and report on performance, measuring again set of standards for ASSC.
  • Coordinate on Inspection and Test activities to ensure compliance to quality plan and project requirement.
  • Monitor and ensure that non-conformances, customer complaint and supplier claim are timely closed and ensure root identified and corrective actions are taken appropriately.
  • Initiate and facilitate the Steel Processing Unit in preventive measures and improvement initiatives to minimize defects.
  • Prepare of QAQC reports and others required report(s) by top management.
  • Plan and conduct periodic audit to ensure that quality procedures and complied.
  • Liaise with supervision consultant, client , supplier and sub-contractor related to quality matter.
  • Act as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 & ISO14000 for ASSC and ISO9001 for AJM.
