日本では、食品メーカーから2万種類の食品原料を仕入れ、製菓製パン、外食産業に販売しています。
マレーシアでは、小麦粉を中心に約150種類の食材を扱っており、加工機械の販売もしています。
お客様はほとんどがローカル企業様で、高級店を対象としています。
自社にテストキッチンがあり、お客様と試作品を作り、営業をサポートしてもらいます。
将来的には、店舗開発のコンサルティングまで行ってもらう予定です。
採用後、日本で1~2か月研修あり。
