1. Acquire new contracts- Plan & implement strategies to generate leads for the development of franchise business.- Ensure leads are regularly generated and follow up promptly and effectively.- Conduct interview and business orientation with potential candidates and follow up till franchise business contract is signed.- Conduct and follow up with candidate on the location survey till the grand opening of the centers.2. Franchise opportunity marketing- Plan & implement marketing plans and activities to promote & strengthen awareness of franchise business opportunity.- Liaise with HQ office in Korea to promote the franchise business.3.
