    • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA/SMT lines, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
    • Design and implement efficient production layouts and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
    • Analyze and improve line balancing, production cycles, and material flow to ensure smooth operations.
    • Perform lead time analysis, motion studies and capacity planning to identify areas for improvement and maximize equipment utilization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality, to drive continuous process improvements.
    • Monitor and analyze production data, providing insights to improve throughput, yield, and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.
    • Support the setup and launch of production lines in the facility, working closely with the equipment and production teams.
    • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

  • 応募条件

    <Requirements>
    • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, preferably in PCBA/SMT operations.
    • Familiarity with production planning systems, and manufacturing performance indicators such as OEE, UPH, FPY, yield, cycle time, and lead time.
    • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing improvement projects, including new production line setup, process optimization, and capacity expansion, within established timelines and budgets.
    • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
