  ＜Job Summary＞
  Provide technical support for EV batteries and vehicle-related products, including installation, diagnostics, repair, testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
  
  ＜Key Responsibilities＞
  ・Perform EV battery diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and service reporting.
  ・Communicate with customers and EV battery manufacturers regarding technical and service-related matters.
  ・Provide on-site installation, testing, calibration, repair, and troubleshooting at customer facilities.
  ・Study and perform product installation on vehicles according to customer requirements.
  ・Prepare installation SOPs, user manuals, technical reports, and other required documentation.
  ・Provide product installation and operation training to internal and external parties.
  ・Provide technical support during product development, testing, and market complaint handling.
  ・Assist with process flow, material flow, operation layout, and standard work instruction preparation.
