  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team in Klang, Selangor. As a prominent provider of commercial outdoor lighting solutions and smart lighting systems, our organization thrives on delivering innovation, energy efficiency, and high-quality engineering services across various infrastructure projects.
  
  In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Finance & Accounting Director / Finance Manager, collaborating closely with an established team of Finance Executives, Accounts Executives, and Administrative personnel. Your primary mission will be to oversee the day-to-day financial operations, streamline budget execution, ensure uncompromising internal financial controls, and drive accurate financial reporting for multi-faceted commercial projects. You will act as a key financial business partner across cross-functional departments, including Sales & Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Production.
  
  To succeed in this role, you must possess strong expertise in managerial accounting, corporate tax compliance, cash flow management, financial modeling, and auditing standards in Malaysia.   【Responsibilities】
  ・Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, financial analysis reports, and key performance metric presentations for senior management.
  
  ・Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor daily cash flows, prepare short- and long-term liquidity forecasts, and oversee credit control processes to ensure working capital optimization.
  
  ・Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations (SST, Corporate Income Tax), and corporate governing policies.
  
  ・Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Coordinate annual operational budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting exercises across various departments; conduct rigorous variance analyses against target benchmarks.
  
  ・Team Supervision & Leadership: Direct and mentor Finance Executives, Accounts Executives, and Administrative staff, guiding day-to-day accounting routines and fostering continuous process improvements.
  
  ・Audit & Tax Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretaries, and financial institutions.
  
  ・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering departments to analyze project margin performance and cost control frameworks.
