• 仕事内容

  1 Ensure production produce good quality product to customer.
  2 Conduct daily morning meeting to share line status like in-line defective status & production progress.
  3 Follow up operator attendance and arrange relief operator to avoid production loss.
  4 Daily morning perform line audit follow daily Supervisor audit check sheet.
  5 Always patrol line to ensure operator follow rule and SOP and to makesure operator take care about 7's
  at workplace everytime.
  6 Study process & perform process balancing.
  7 Contribute idea to improve line "Quality", "Efficiency" and "Manpower Reduction".
  8 Contribute idea for making of "Karakuri Jig" and "Pokayoke Jig" process improvement.
  9 Contribute idea for weekly kaizen activity in term of Quality, Productivity and Delivery.
  10 Analyse & take preventive action to improve line defective ratio.
  11 Take action / countermeasure if receive feedback from customer / market claim and immediately feedback
  to line leader and operators.
  12 Perform and reply the 8D report that issued by QC for any quality leak out in term of root cause and
  countermeasure.
  13 Coordinate with related Department for preventive action, prevent the similar defect leakout to Production.
  14 Inventory control, study to reduce in-line WIP.
  15 Ensure to achieve KPI given by superior or management.
  16 Escalate to superior or management if found abnormality.
