    ＜Job Summary＞
    Lead product development for the Supply Chain domain by identifying operational issues, defining automation and data-driven solutions, and driving improvements in purchasing, margin, inventory, and waste management.

    ＜Key Responsibilities＞
    ・Analyze current purchasing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation
    ・Define and validate the automated workflow from demand forecasting to purchase order issuance
    ・Systematize daily SKU-level margin management, including cost and selling price
    ・Drive initiatives to reduce waste through data capture, visualization, and e-commerce enhancements
    ・Define the required producer and SKU data, reviews, and dashboards for demand forecasting and supply chain operations
    ・Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to improve contribution margin through cost, margin, and waste management
    ・Define success metrics, measure results after release, and continuously improve the product
    ・Take ownership of department KPIs and business outcomes, not only feature delivery

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role owning product outcomes in supply chain, procurement/purchasing, inventory management, product management, or demand forecasting
    - Experience analyzing complex manual business processes and defining requirements for automation
    - Experience owning products or features end-to-end, from problem definition and requirements through release, validation, and performance measurement
