  【Job Summary】

  The central goal for this role is to drive systemic quality excellence across all stages of production. Rather than merely managing end-of-line inspections, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, refining, and enforcing robust preventive quality systems that eradicate manufacturing defects before they occur. You will serve as the primary quality liaison for international customers, addressing client feedback, organizing quality audits, and leading root-cause analyses for any deviations. By transforming quality metrics into actionable process improvements, you will help safeguard the company's sterling reputation for operational reliability and exact engineering standards.
  
  You will report directly to a Quality Manager who brings over two decades of experience to the organization.   【Responsibilities】
  ・Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients on all quality assurance, technical specifications, compliance queries, and audit management.
  ・Design, implement, and continuously refine preventative quality systems and standardized operating procedures to eliminate defect rates across production lines.
  ・Conduct comprehensive root-cause analyses, non-conformance investigations, and corrective/preventative action (CAPA) tracking for process deviations.
  ・Monitor production parameters, perform process capability studies, and partner with manufacturing teams to optimize operational efficiency.
  ・Liaise with cross-functional internal departments to align internal quality benchmarks with global standards.
