  Job Summary:
  The Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role focuses on sourcing high-quality candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and ensuring timely hiring.
  
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform reference and background checks when required.
  • Negotiate salary offers and prepare employment offers.
  • Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Manage Job Fair and recruitment event.
  • Support manage attendance with admin.
  • Support Admin job if required.
