  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber, and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Ocean Operations team at our Headquarters branch. In this vital leadership position, you will take full ownership of end-to-end freight forwarding operations, customs compliance, and client service delivery. Your primary mission will be to ensure the smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of import, export, and cross-trade sea freight movements, while directly mentoring and guiding a dedicated team of 10 operations professionals.
  
  As a pivotal contributor to our corporate objectives, you will bridge day-to-day ground logistics with high-level strategic goals set by senior management. You will work in close coordination with cross-functional teams, overseas counterparts, port authorities, and customs officers to maintain exceptional service standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong problem-solving acumen, and holds deep technical mastery in Malaysian customs declarations (K1, K2, K8, and related procedures). Beyond operational execution, you will oversee billing accuracy, manage tariff rates for international clients and overseas networks, and continuously drive process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.   【Responsibilities】
  ・Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage and lead an operations team of 10 staff; provide continuous hands-on training, resource allocation, and regular performance evaluations to foster operational excellence.
  ・Freight & Customs Management: Oversee end-to-end ocean freight forwarding operations (Import, Export, Cross Trade), ensuring strict adherence to Malaysian customs regulations and hands-on accuracy with K1, K2, K8, and related customs declarations.
  ・Customer Service & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the escalation point for complex key client issues, manage overseas counterpart billing inquiries, provide precise freight rates, and ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.
  ・Financial & Billing Control: Supervise timely billing issuance, job costing, rate quotations, and cost-control measures across the ocean operations unit.
  ・Process Optimization & Compliance: Continuously review operational workflows, optimize freight timelines, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure 100% statutory and corporate compliance.
