  • 仕事内容

    • Oversee the daily production processes for PCBA and SMT lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
    • Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
    • Support new product introductions (NPI) by setting up and validating new processes and equipment.
    • Monitor production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and equipment-related issues.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, including safety and quality requirements.
    • Ensure all Operators and line leaders are certified all time. Provide trainings and drive multiskills maturity.
    • Manage and control production indirect material usage.

    <Requirements>
    • Min. Diploma or equivalent education level in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or any related field
    • Min. 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing / production environment, working in electricals and electronics company will be an added advantage
    • Willing to work in shifts, or OT as needed
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and best practices in electronics assembly.
    • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and discipline production staff
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

    <Advantageous>
    • Familiarity with ISO standards, ESD procedures, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-mix production environment.
    • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Ability to analyze production data, interpret KPIs, and drive improvement initiatives.
    • Hands-on experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
