    - Support field sales and marketing on daily RFQ for key EMS customers through the e-quote portal, ensuring timely and accurate quotation processing.
    - Collaborate with field sales on quote strategies for key EMS customers.
    - Create new end customer in BPM and raise SQ.
    - Update customers master quote file for sales department reference.
    - Managed the RFQ for customers that assigned by company from Ɵme to Ɵme.
    - Any other ad-hoc duties required.

  • 応募条件

    - Diploma or Degree in any discipline (preferably).
    - At least 1 year of working experience in customer service, sales support, sales administration, semiconductor/electronics or a related field.
    - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Table) and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP will be an added advantage.
    - Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a meticulous atttude and the ability to manage a high volume of product information, emails and multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
    - Good communication skills with a pleasant personality and ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
    - Knowledge of Incoterms, export/import and logistics (warehouse/forwarding) will be advantageous.
    - Motivated to develop a career in sales operations and customer account management.
