    • Execute machine and system installation, commissioning, and performance verification to ensure successful deployment
    • Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing activities to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability
    • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, addressing operational issues and recommending appropriate solutions
    • Perform validation of machine performance at customer site
    • Handle customer inquiries for servicing, general service ,repair work, quotation, and parts replacement

    <Requirements>
    • Min. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field
    • Min. 1 year of experience in machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably within industrial machinery, automation, or manufacturing environments
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation, servicing, and support activities

    <Advantageous>
    • Experience with machine servicing, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support and liaise with customers professionally
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments efficiently
    • Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and/or control systems
