仕事内容
- Preparing Quotations & Invoices: Preparing and issuing quotations, invoices, and delivery orders (DO) for clients based on sales requests.
- Product Procurement & Ordering: Checking stock availability and processing product orders with the factory or purchasing department to secure the items.
- Delivery & Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with the logistics team and suppliers to arrange delivery schedules for customers.
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Responding to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery status via phone or email.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Handling any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management/supervisor.
