    ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Market Development & Sales Management
    ・Drive sales of strut channels, construction fasteners, and structural components across Malaysia's building and construction sectors. (Correction: "Structure Channel" is typically referred to as "strut channel" or "structural channels" in the industry).
    ・Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and performance goals.
    ・Focus on penetrating industrial and commercial building markets, as well as the rapidly growing data center infrastructure market. (Correction: Changed "&" to "and" for formal consistency, and updated "data centre" to match your target format).

    2. Client Relationship Management
    ・Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and main contractors. (Correction: Lowercase for "consultants and main contractors" unless they are part of a specific title).
    ・Engage in early-stage project designs to drive product specification and selection.
    ・Manage both key accounts (direct sales) and channel partner relationships.

    3. Channel Development & Management
    ・Develop and manage a robust network of distributors and dealers across the region.
    ・Provide product training, technical support, and marketing assistance to channel partners.

    4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
    ・Continuously monitor construction industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
    ・Provide market feedback and strategic recommendations to support product development and supply chain optimization.

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in building materials within the construction industry, focused on structural steel, construction fasteners, or related structural components.
    ・Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering field (preferred)
    ・Strong understanding of the Malaysian construction market, commercial operations, and procurement processes
    ・Experience handling MEP/M&E projects is highly preferred
    ・Established direct relationships with consultants and contractors.
    ・A verifiable client network and project portfolio, particularly within the industrial/commercial building and data center infrastructure sectors
    ・Fully understand technical terms, can read drawing, possess fundamental engineering calculation/planning capabilities.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・ Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and communication skills.
    ・Strong teamwork mindset and self-motivation.
